Then we check to see which exercise will help you to repattern to a higher level of physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health. You can feel this change by the end of the session. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. There is a $50 charge for cancellation in less than 24 hours.
