This class will cover four major ways of aligning with yourself, through body, mind, Spirit and emotion. This is an experiential class designed for you to begin to see the real you and to break through anything that stands in the way of your authentic expression.

To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. There is a $50 charge for cancellation in less than 24 hours.
