Bodywork Modalities

Craniosacral Therapy
This technique uses light touch to listen and talk to your nervous system.  It assists in bringing your body and brain to a deeper, slower state of being to access that deep knowledge and information within.  It allows you to remember and feel what it is to relax very deeply in order to access your highest knowing and health.

Visceral Manipulation
This is a wonderful and gentle modality which uses light touch to work with your organs, your abdominal area.  There is a listening technique used by simply laying my hand on your abdomen and listening to or feeling where things are not moving well.  This can be caused by all kinds of things like scar tissue, injuries, digestive issues.

Myofascial Release
This modality allows me to feel the relationship in the body between the structures (like bones) to the soft tissue (like muscles).  When I use pressure with both hands around a problem area or a place of limitation, I am able to feel the angles of restriction in relation to each other and the central limitation.  I gently accentuate that pattern to create an awareness in your body of how that feels.  This allows your body to fully experience the choice of that pattern.  Then I use my intuition to participate with your body for the purpose of presenting other choices.

Neuromuscular Therapy
This modality is used to help me create space around structures by working slowly along and around bones and attachments to bones.  This gives your body the ability to have better alignment, flexibility, stability and movement.

Jin Shin Jyutsu
This modality allows a deep connection between my hands and your body's ancient wisdom through the use of contacting certain specific energetic points on the body.  It is deeply relaxing and can be helpful, for example, when the body is lost and having a difficult time with resolving something.

Crystals and Minerals
Crystals and minerals have vibrations or signatures that can help us align with and embody higher vibration. It is a way in which Mother Nature shares her song with us, and each crystal has its own song of wisdom to share.

Sound Healing and Acutonics
This modality creates profound and powerful change by using certain sounds or tuning forks to allow your body to connect to deeper healing, harmony, peace and joy free from blockages that are stored in your electrical, energetic, physical, mental and emotional bodies.

Spiritual Response Technique
This technique uses kinesiology with a pendulum to determine where our beliefs and patterns, blocks, energies, etc.,  come from.  We then clear to free ourselves and be clear and neutral channels with our High Self at the level of Radiant Love.

DNA Reprogramming
This is Kishori Aird's work.  She is a medical intuitive who, along with other colleagues, discovered how to use kinesiology and reprogramming statements to talk to and change our DNA.
