Focus is something that we all can work toward using to our advantage. Focusing on the energy you are feeling around your thoughts is helpful as long as you don't camp out there. If you are feeling down or are focused in a way that is not making you happy, recognize that you are not using your energy and thoughts for your benefit. You are choosing to stay in a loop of unhealthy or negative thoughts.

You can always find something that will change the way you feel, whether it is the beautiful color of the green in spring or a cloud, gratitude for the rain clearing the air, the sweet smell of the life of spring bursting all around you, the sound of a robin or the orchestra of birds.
